This website (snovara.shop) is operated by Snovara Shop, based in Poland. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SNOVARA. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available on it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the additional policies referenced here and available by hyperlink: our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the site. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website or our services.

We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept those changes. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

Section 1 – Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not transmit any viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

Section 2 – General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any part of the service or website content without our express written permission.

Section 3 – Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. We may modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

Section 4 – Prices and changes to the service
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension or discontinuance.

Section 5 – Products
Some products may be available only online and in limited quantities. They may be returned only in line with our Refund Policy. We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show every color accurately. Projected images, scenes and brightness shown in our photos and videos are illustrations; the actual picture depends on your room, the distance to the wall or ceiling, the surface and the ambient light, and it looks best in a dark room. We may limit sales of any product to any person, region or jurisdiction, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

Section 6 – Orders, billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities per person, household or order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address and/or billing details provided. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information.

Section 7 – Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping, but delivery can in some cases take up to 90 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Section 8 – Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted only under the conditions described in our Refund Policy: within 30 days of delivery, for brand new, unused and unopened items in their original sealed packaging. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect (reported within 7 days) or turn out to be defective within 14 days of delivery are replaced or refunded as described in that policy.

Section 9 – Third-party tools and links
We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites that we do not monitor or control. They are provided "as is", and we are not responsible for their content, products or services. Please review the third party's policies before any transaction.

Section 10 – User comments and submissions
If you send us comments, ideas, reviews, photos or other materials, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute and otherwise use them in any medium, without obligation to keep them confidential, pay compensation or respond. You agree that your comments will not be unlawful, abusive or misleading and will not violate the rights of any third party.

Occasionally our site may contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to change information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, even after you have submitted your order.

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated by us or required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNOVARA and its owners, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any product. Where the law does not allow such limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Section 15 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNOVARA and its owners, partners, suppliers and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 16 – Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the rest of these Terms will remain valid.

Section 17 – Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use our site. If we suspect that you have failed to comply with these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice.

Section 18 – Entire agreement
These Terms and any policies posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Section 19 – Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence that apply to you.
