This Privacy Policy describes how SNOVARA (snovara.shop, "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our website (the "Site").

If you have questions about our privacy practices, want more information, or would like to make a complaint, please contact us by email at snovaracontact@gmail.com.

Personal information we collect
- Device information. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Site, such as your browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, the pages and products you view, search terms and how you interact with the Site. We collect it with cookies, log files, web beacons, tags and pixels, to load the Site correctly, measure how it is used and improve it.
- Order information. When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number. We use it to process your order and payment, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and invoices, communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and, where you have agreed to it, send you information about our products and offers.
- Customer support information. When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to share (such as your name, email address, order number, messages, photos or videos) in order to help you.

How we share your personal information
We share your personal information with service providers who help us run our store and fulfil your orders, for example:
- Shopify, which powers our online store. You can read how Shopify uses personal information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
- Payment processors (for example Shopify Payments and PayPal) to process your payment.
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners to deliver your order.
- Email and customer support tools we use to communicate with you.
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as described below.

We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and analytics
We may use your personal information to show you ads and marketing we think may interest you, for example through the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). You can learn more about how targeted advertising works at https://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online-advertising/how-does-it-work. You can opt out of targeted advertising here:

- Google: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous
- Digital Advertising Alliance: https://optout.aboutads.info/

Legal basis (EEA and UK residents)
Our business is based in Poland, in the European Union. We process your personal information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (processing and delivering your order), to comply with our legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records), for our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving our store, preventing fraud), and with your consent where required (for example marketing emails and non-essential cookies).

Retention
We keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below), subject to those obligations.

Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you based solely on automated processing. Shopify uses limited automated fraud prevention (for example, temporarily blocking IP addresses or cards linked to repeated failed transactions), which does not have such an effect.

Your rights
- EEA and UK residents: you have the right to access, correct, update, delete or port your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
- California residents (CCPA): you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
- Residents of other US states with privacy laws have similar rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at snovaracontact@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by law.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States and Canada, where Shopify and our service providers operate. More information: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/privacy/GDPR

Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit our Site. We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (for example your cart and checkout), cookies for analytics and performance, and advertising cookies. You can see the cookies used by Shopify stores here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

Do Not Track
There is no consistent industry standard for responding to "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not change our data practices when we detect one.

Children
The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at snovaracontact@gmail.com so we can delete it.

Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
